Cellist Daniel Delaney is a leading performer and teacher in Philadelphia and New York. He is cellist for the award-winning musical, Hot Mess in Manhattan (NYC), and is in high demand as a concert artist and chamber musician. Mr. Delaney holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Cello from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Music degree in Cello from Mannes College of Music in New York.

Mr. Delaney has served on music faculties at the Clearwater Arts Camp (Newport, WA), the Frontier Academy (Greeley, CO), and Philadelphia Biblical University (Langhorne, PA). He has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician throughout Europe, Canada, and the United States, most recently with the Liu Piano Trio and the Brooks-Delaney Duo. Mr. Delaney has held principal and associate principal cello positions with the Manhattan Chamber Symphonee, Ensemble 212 (NYC), and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Symphony Orchestra. His principal teachers have included Wayne C. Smith, James Fittz, Owen Carmen, and Paul Tobias.
